The Stage6 R/T PWK flat slide carburetor from KOSO is produced specifically for Stage6. The racing carburetor is designed for high performance 50cc – 70cc racing and high-end racing setups.

The outer dimensions of the carburetor as well as the intake manifold connection  (35mm or 39mm for the 30-, 32- and 34mm versions) have been reduced for easier installation.

And of course, this PWK carburetor is also equipped with a Powerjet.

Optimal in combination with pod air filter and bell mouth. The jetting has been optimized, in addition, the float chamber is now unpainted.

Stage6 developed this exclusive Stage6 R/T VHST carburetor 28mm in collaboration with the Italian carburetor manufacturer Dellorto. The unique black coat adds a classy racing look to the carb. The black paint was not used on the inside of the float chamber.

The float bowl is made of aluminium which is especially advantageous for intake systems that are mounted above the rear wheel as the material is not filed or worn down as easily.

Every component of this carburetor is optimized to increase engine performance and efficiency. The venturi is polished, which results in a smooth, flow-optimized air passage and thus better cylinder filling.

Available as a single carburetor or optionally as a kit with intake manifold made of a soft Viton® compound.

Stage6 carburetor jets for tuning your carburetor.

There are individual main and pilot jets in many different sizes for the Mikuni TM24 carburetor, And Stage6 has several jet sets for Keihin PWK, Dellorto, Mikuni TM and GY6.

The kits are ideal for tuning your carburetor. 10 main jets are supplied in a practical plastic box, nicely sorted and always at hand.

It is also a lot cheaper than buying the jets individually. The kit contains 10 main and 10 pilot jets.
