Oil Seal Mounting Tool Stage6. CNC-machined and high-quality anodized HQ seal installation tool that makes installing crankshaft seals really easy. This installation tool allows inserting the sealing rings of the crankshaft or water pump and getting them in the correct position with ease. The correct installation of oil seals is crucial for the performance and longevity of the engine. The seals must be installed absolutely level and at the correct depth for the respective application. The tools are available engine-specific with the appropriate attachments, or as a universal tool, in which case the attachments must be ordered separately.

CVT Locking Tool for Piaggio 50-180cc scooters. The Stage6 blocking tool is indispensable for locking the front part of the variator on Piaggio scooters from 50 to 180 cc. An oil measuring cup is an important companion for self-mixers, with all the important and, above all, standardized scales for precise measuring of the 2-stroke oil.

The measuring cup has 3 scales, each for a different mixing ratio (max. 12 liters of fuel).

The measuring cup can be closed and be used as an oil storage container. The lettering is resistant to oil and fuel, and an extra sealing ring means you don’t have to worry about soiling your helmet compartment.

Dummy plug CNC machined aluminum from Stage6 Orange with Stage6 logo on both sides. This spark plug plug can be used instead of the spark plug to close the spark plug hole.

Due to the O-ring seal, this can also be used to test for pressure loss which is especially interesting for newly installed engines to check if the engine is sealing properly.

The plug can be left in the engine until use and reliably prevents dirt and other foreign bodies getting into the engine during transport or storage, without the risk of damaging the spark plug or the spark plug thread.

Stage6 dummy bearings are used instead of real bearings, e.g. to measure port timingd and to be able to machine the engine accordingly. The precision-fit bearing dummy is simply inserted into the crankcase by hand and, unlike a real bearing, does not have to be tediously shrunk-fitted into place. Available in 4 sizes.
