<\/span>ATV<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]While we are not really specializing on developing parts and accessories for ATVs, our product catalogue still includes many\u00a0 items to maximize the performance of these fun 4-wheelers. And as a matter of course, we only used the best tuning components for our Stage6 ATV project.<\/p>\n

The Stage6 Quad is probably the custom project that draws the most attention at trade fairs and custom shows \u2013 the high-gloss white plastics with eye-popping orange and black decals definitely turn heads.<\/p>\n

The chassis was redesigned: XFR nerf bars, aluminium swingarm and cockpit, Stage6 R\/T High-Low front shock absorbers for Yamaha Aerox and Stage6 R\/T High-Low rear shock absorber for SR 50-R Factory.<\/p>\n

The Minarelli horizontal LC based engine was boosted by mounting high-performance Stage6 parts that yield 24 hp at 8,500 rpm. Acceleration is outstanding, with only 9.5 seconds to reach the top speed of 100 km\/h.<\/p>\n

We installed a \u00a0Stage6 R\/T 70cc cylinder kit and a Stage6 R\/T crankshaft with 85mm connecting rod. The intake now includes a Stage6 Viton reed valve, a Stage6 R\/T short intake system with spacer wedge and manifold and a D-Slide Stage6 R\/T 28mm D-Slide carburetor.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][rev_slider_vc alias=”projekte_atv_pics”][vc_column_text]The exhaust system was improved by a Stage6 R\/T 70cc exhaust. We also installed an inner rotor ignition by Stage6.<\/p>\n
