<\/span>Azubi Projekt<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]The Yamaha Aerox Azubi project is a 100% custom dragster; thanks to its high-quality custom look the scooter is a favourite at any custom show, while the 24 hp engine makes it a serious contender in acceleration races.<\/p>\n

All original fairing parts received a fresh bronze paint job with orange Stage6 decal kit. The rear spoiler is composed of a seat cover, two side panels and an underseat passage from exclusive custom specialist BCD.<\/p>\n

The scooter has been upgraded with high quality suspension parts: adjustable Stage6 handlebar stem, drag handlebars, Stage6 subframe, orange anodized Stage6 Racing fork and Stage6 R\/T high-low shock absorber.<\/p>\n

The front brake consists of a Stage6 oversize disc and an orange anodized 4-piston radial caliper from Stage6 R\/T. The 13-inch wheels (Aprilia SR) were polished, then Stage6 Racing slicks were fitted.<\/p>\n

To achieve maximum performance, the Yamaha Aerox Azubi project was tuned with high-end racing components, the scooter makes it from 0 to 100 km\/h in just 5.7 seconds (top speed 135 km\/h).<\/p>\n

We decided to upgrade the horizontal Minarelli LC engine with a Stage6 R\/T MKI 70cc cylinder kit and a Stage6 R\/T crankshaft with 85mm connecting rod.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][rev_slider_vc alias=”projekte_azubi_pics”][vc_column_text]The intake system consists of a Stage6 Viton reed valve, a Stage6 R\/T short intake system with spacer and intake manifold, a Stage6 R\/T D-Slide 28mm carburetor and an orange anodized bell mouth.<\/p>\n

We then added a Stage6 R\/T 70cc exhaust to further improve performance. The digital internal rotor ignition is also from Stage6.<\/p>\n
