Unlike most of the competition, Stage6 has completely redesigned the exhaust and transfer ports, resulting in a pure high-end big bore cylinder that isn&#8217;t just a bored-out standard version.<\/p>\n<p>In numbers: 24\u201326 hp is a realistic target, provided the cylinder is paired with a matching high-performance setup.<\/p>\n<h3>Design Stage6 R\/T high-end cylinder kit<\/h3>\n<p>The bore has been increased by approximately 10% to a massive 52?mm and, combined with nearly 5?mm more stroke, delivers plenty of torque \u2013 all at a comfortable 12,600?rpm. Out of the box, the cylinder comes with relatively low port timings, making it suitable for a wide range of race classes and use cases, and providing an excellent base for further tuning.<\/p>\n<p>The patented modular design concept is also retained here. This allows the cylinder to be used on different engine types. The seal between the adapter plate and cylinder is achieved via a Viton\u00ae O-ring, eliminating the need for constant cleaning or replacement of sealing surfaces and gaskets. Once the adapter plate has been installed and leveled with base gaskets, no further adjustments are necessary.<\/p>\n<p>The CNC-machined adapter plate is mounted directly to the engine casing and receives the cylinder via external studs. The R\/T 95cc system works without through bolts, meaning the design of the exhaust and transfer ports is not restricted by conventional layouts. This opens up further tuning and porting potential.<\/p>\n<p>The spherical combustion dome is bolted on with five screws and thermally stabilized with dedicated cooling pockets.
