This is the first time such an option has been offered in a torque driver, opening up entirely new possibilities.<\/p>\n The halves are CNC-machined before assembly, which increases the precision of the component, especially the flank angle. Special attention is paid to the surface roughness, as it has a direct impact on the shifting and downshifting behavior.<\/p>\n Additional advantages of the modular system include reduced heat buildup, significantly lower weight, and the ability to replace individual components in case of wear.<\/p>\n After machining, all CNC parts are sealed with a ceramic conversion deep coating to preserve the surface properties (roughness) for as long as possible.
