RACING TORQUE CONTROL MKII

Stage6 has been of the market leaders for 50cc tuning parts for a long time, now they are slowly but surely branching out into the ever growing maxi scooter market. Here’s the Stage6 Racing Clutch Torque Control MKII 120mm for Yamaha Cygnus / Flame X. Redesigned and improved version of Stage6’s famous clutch. It’s been used successfully in the Stage6 Cup in Italy for a long time, and drag racing fans all over Europe are crazy about it.

Stage6 optimized their clutch for heavy use, for drag and track racing alike. The back plate is reinforced, the linings were enlarged and the weight of the clutch shoes was increased. Weights can be added to these shoes to hold off clutch engagement even more. These are now slip-in weights, not screw-on like before.

This is the only clutch on the market where adjusting clutch engagement can be performed without having to take the clutch off. Not even the clutch bell has to removed. 3 continuously adjustable springs AND additional weights to be inserted into the clutch shoes allow for plenty of adjustment options.

VARIATOR WEIGHT TUNING KIT

When it comes to adjusting your variator, there is no need to buy tons of roller weights to find out optimum roller weight. This roller weight tuning kit includes several weights to adjust and fine-tune your variator. You can combine 2 sets of rollers, this allows for a large variance of weight settings. The kit includes 4 sets of different roller weights and 1 set of shells.

The weights come in a shatter-proof plastic box.

WING COOLER

Stage6 Clutch Bell “Wing Cooler”, reinforced clutch bell with a patented cooling system for long life and excellent grip.

Air flow, and consequently cooling of the entire clutch, are improved by large cut-outs and additional ventilation slots. The clutch is less likely to slip and bell and clutch shoe lining will last longer. With the temperature reduced, the performance will be increased, engine response and acceleration will remain excellent, even when the engine is warm.

Moreover, this clutch bell is a lightweight when compared to other bells, it weighs only 395g (Polini’s Evolution = 485g and Malossi’s Wing Bell = 576g). This has a positive effect on acceleration.
