The need for a racing radiator
In general, it can be said that at temperatures above 55°C there is a steady drop in performance. To avoid this, you need a highly efficient radiator, and Stage R/T has addressed this issue with their usual commitment and expertise. The result is this HQ radiator - a real game changer for anyone who has high expectations of their cooling system.
Construction Stage6 R/T aluminum cooler
The aluminium alloy used is Peraluman with a high magnesium content, which is characterized by particularly good resistance to corrosion. The radiators are TIG welded for maximum durability and a long service life.
Mounting Stage6 racing radiators
The racing radiators are available for various scooter models and have been specially developed and precisely matched to the respective model.
Installation is simple and straightforward, and the hoses can also be routed easily and cleanly. Only minor adjustments to the fairing are necessary, i.e. you don't need to make DIY flanges for the attachment. Filling the radiator is also quick and easy thanks to the automatic venting system.

Fahrzeuge mit wassergekühltem Motor sind mit einem Kühler ausgestattet. Der Kühler ist das Herzstück des Kühlkreislaufs eines Verbrennungsmotors und muss daher immer 100% funktionieren.
Racing Kühler und Durchlaufkühler
Je nach Leistung, Hubraum und Motordrehzahl eures Motorrads oder Rollers kann der original Kühler ausreichen, aber manchmal sind Tuning Kühler mit großerem Kühlervolumen oder zusätzlich verbaute Flow Cooler notwendig, um die Zuverlässigkeit und Spitzenleistung des Motors zu gewährleisten.
Kühler reparieren oder Kühler austauschen
Es ist nicht immer notwendig, den kompletten Kühler zu ersetzen, wenn er z.B. nur ein kleines Leck hat oder die Kühlrippen ein bisschen verbogen sind. Wir führen Kühlerdichtmittel und Richtwerkzeuge für Kühlerlamellen.
Für eine optimale Kühlung des Motors zu gewährleisten, solltet ihr die Kühlflüssigkeit regelmäßig ersetzen und den Zustand der Schläuche regelmäßig überprüfen.
Um euren Kühler vor Spritzern oder Stürzen schützen, gibt es speziellen Kühlerschutz und Kühlergitter.
