The Stage6 Upside-Down shock is a high-end shock absorber for ambitious tuning projects and the race track. The MKII is the second generation of Stage6’s Upside Down shocks, modified and improved in cooperation with the best European race pilots, which mostly affected the now improved hydraulic properties. The adjustment range was revised, it is now larger and can be adapted to the needs and requirements of different riders, tracks and conditions. Another innovation: compression and rebound can be adjusted independently. If the rebound is changed, this has no effect on the compression. This allows for much easier adjustment of the shock absorber. The S6 R/T MK2 shock absorber is primarily designed for the racetrack, but can also be mounted on scooters meant for road use. The Replica shock absorber is the more affordable little brother of the high-low shock absorber from Stage6 R/T. Spring pre-load and rebound damping can be adjusted with wheel nuts at both ends. The shock absorber was developed for sporty road use, but can also be used for racing.

STAGE6 R/T
Currently Stage6 offers 2 subframe versions, for Piaggio Zip 1 and 2 and for Yamaha Aerox. The reinforced subframe for Piaggio stiffens and stabilizes the chassis, as the original silentblocks are replaced by bearing mounted aluminum bushings. Road holding and handling are optimized and vibrations are reduced. By installing the Stage6 subframe, the wheelbase of your Zip is extended by 15 mm, resulting in better cornering and thus the ability to enter and exit corners at higher speeds. The subframe Stage6 MK2 for Yamaha Aerox allows mounting the carburetor above the rear wheel, in standard setups the subframe linkage is in the way. The Stage6 subframe is equipped with silent blocks, it can be mounted rigidly (preferred for racing use) or flexibly (for street use). The advantages are clear: much better and smoother cornering at changing speeds as well as better throttle response and peak power due to a straight intake manifold.
STAGE6 R/T
Swingarm Stage6 R/T CNC for Piaggio ZIP SP 1 and SP2 and Vespa ET2 and ET4 models. The CNC tuning swingarm from Stage6 R/T is clearly designed for racing. Handling and driving characteristics and thus ultimately performance are improved by installing this HQ racing swingarm. One of the special features of the swingarm is the use of bearings. This allows the swingarm to move much more freely and smoothly, which has a positive effect on suspension and handling. Overall stability is not affected. In combination with other Stage6 tuning parts like front axle, shock absorber, brake caliper + caliper adapter you can completely remodel the front suspension of your Zip and build a deluxe racer. The swing arm is an additional swing arm and can be removed at any time. Installing it for a race and then removing it again in no time for standard use on the road is therefore no problem.
STAGE6
Stage6 is the first manufacturer to offer a riser kit with KBA certificate for legal use on public roads. The height-adjustment kit does not have to be presented to the TÜV for this purpose; it is sufficient to carry the certificate showing that this part has been homologated for your scooter. The CNC-machined jack up kit increases the seating position by 40mm. The scooter is thus lower at the front than at the rear. Easy assembly within a few minutes. The riser is simply screwed between the 90° rotated shock absorber and the mount on the engine block.
STAGE6 R/T
The high-quality, handmade Stage6 R/T radiators have been developed for use in the toughest conditions, such as racing, where high cooling performance is required. High temperatures inevitably lead to a loss of performance, so a highly efficient radiator is necessary if you need maximum performance on the race track. The aluminum alloy used is Peraluman with a high magnesium content, which is characterized by particularly good resistance to corrosion. The radiators are TIG welded for maximum durability and a long service life. Available for Piaggio SP1 /and SP2, Yamaha Jog and an even more efficient oversize model for Zip SP1.
