Variator Stage6 Sport pro Mk 2
The Sport Pro MK2 is the new and improved version of the popular Stage6 Sport Pro variator. This updated, performance-tuned variator delivers better power transmission and smoother shifting behavior.
MK 2 Upgrade – What’s new
- Switch to modern roller format (19×15.5mm, 7g) for better performance and durability
- Hard-coated backplate and roller tracks for increased longevity and stable performance at high RPM
- Uncoated sliding surface improves friction and thus performance. Prevents chipping seen in hard-chromed surfaces, reducing wear and belt damage
The ideal variator for stock and sport setups up to 70cc. Comes complete with drive boss, torque plate, rollers, and medium counterpressure spring. Pre-tuned for use with 50cc cylinder and Stage6 Pro Replica exhaust – if your setup differs, you might need to adjust roller weight or spring rate.
Stage6 Sport Pro clutch
The matching Stage6 Sport Pro clutch is known for its durability and reliable engagement. This adjustable 3-shoe clutch can be fine-tuned via different clutch springs and two engagement positions. Reinforced clutch ring and bolted forged pins support the heavy-duty linings.
