Like its predecessor, the Stage6-R/T MKII exhaust is made of 0.8mm thick sheet steel. Elaborately hand-welded from several cones, the exhaust is very powerful and looks great. A spring-mounted carbon silencer with CNC-machined end caps, clean weld seams and a silentblock-mounted exhaust bracket enhance the system both visually and technically.

An interesting new feature is the bolt-on and removable stinger pipe. Reducer sleeves allow the exhaust to be even better matched to the engine and the way you want to use it.

Due to numerous customer requests we also offer you the possibility to mount the Stage6 R/T exhaust on all Piaggio cylinders by adding a special flange. Prerequisite is a crankshaft with 85mm or 90mm connecting rods, so that the exhaust pipe does not touch the original engine mount.

Exhaust high mount Stage6 80 – 90cc. Stage6 offer these high mount tuning exhausts for 50cc Supermoto / Enduro with 80cc / 90cc displacement.

The exhaust with exit to the top (high mount) is composed of a body hand-welded of several steel cones and a CNC machined silencer. The racing exhaust has a so-called racing finish, this means it is not painted or coated.

The high-end exhaust develops its full potential on 80cc / 90cc tuned engines; you can look forward to excellent performance across the entire RPM range, at medium and high speeds your engine will turn into a rocket.

The Stage6 R1400 is Stage6’s most powerful exhaust for all mid-race and high-end cylinders with 2-point flange.

Developed in collaboration with the best German and Italian engineers, this exhaust provides extremely high performance in the upper rpm range due to its short resonance length.

The Stage6 R1400 is hand-welded, which gives this exhaust a very high manufacturing quality. It comes with a very lightweight real carbon silencer, and you can get it at an unbeatable price.

The Stage6 R1200 exhaust is an extremely powerful exhaust for all 70cc sport and racing cylinders.

Just like the big brother R1400, the R1200 is hand-welded. The body consists of 9 individually welded parts, as is otherwise only known from very expensive exhausts. The very lightweight silencer is made of black real carbon. All of this makes the R1200 a highlight in terms of performance as well as looks.

The R1200 from Stage6 achieves top results on all cylinders revving up to about 12,000 rpm. It will get you 2 hp more than the already very powerful Stage6 PRO system.The power speed shifts about 1500 rpm upwards, which of course also leads to a decent increase in top speed.

The Stage6 Street exhaust is an original look exhaust with great power and torque AND homologation for many models. Power output throughout the entire power band is pretty even, and engine adjustment is easy.

Due to the special design of headpipe and body, the Street can be used for all 50cc original and Sport, but also for 70cc Sport cylinders. Perfect if you want to fly under the radar while gaining some power.
