The Stage6-R/T-MKII Auspuff is made from 0.8 mm thick sheet steel, just like its predecessor. Hand-welded from multiple cones, it stands out not only for its performance but also for its visual appeal. A spring-mounted carbon silencer with CNC-machined end caps, clean welds, and a Silentblock-mounted bracket give the system a high-end finish both technically and visually.

An interesting new feature is the bolted, removable stinger. It allows the exhaust system to be fine-tuned to the engine and its setup using reduction sleeves.

Due to high demand, we now offer the option to mount the Stage6 R/T exhaust on all Piaggio cylinders using a specially made flange. The only requirement is a crankshaft with an 85 mm or 90 mm connecting rod, so the header doesn’t collide with the stock engine mount.

Stage6 high mount exhaust 70 – 80cc / 80 – 90cc. We offer high mount tuning exhausts from Stage6 for 50cc supermotos and enduro bikes with 70cc, 80cc, and 90cc displacement.

The high mount exhaust features a hand-built resonance chamber made from several sheet steel segments and a CNC-machined silencer. The race exhaust comes in a raw racing finish, meaning unpainted.

The high-end exhaust shows its full potential on engines tuned to 70cc–90cc. Expect excellent performance across the entire rev range, with your motor turning into a real rocket especially at mid to high RPMs.

With the R1200 , Stage6 offers an extremely powerful exhaust system for all 70cc Sport and Racing cylinders.

Like its bigger brother, the R1400, the R1200 is hand-welded. The header is made from nine individually welded parts, a feature usually found only in high-end exhausts. The ultra-light silencer is made of black genuine carbon. These details make the R1200 a quality and visual highlight.

The Stage6 R1200 delivers top results on all cylinders running up to around 12.000 RPM. It offers about 2 HP more than the already powerful Stage6 PRO. The powerband shifts roughly 1,500 RPM higher, which also boosts top speed significantly.

This touring exhaust packs a serious punch. Thanks to its special header and resonance chamber design, the Street fits all 50cc original and sport cylinders, as well as 70cc sport cylinders. If you want to stay low-key but still fast, the Stage6 Street exhaust is the perfect choice.
