Like its predecessor, the Stage6-R/T-MKII exhaust is made from 0.8 mm thick sheet steel.
Elaborately hand-welded from several cones, the exhaust not only impresses with its performance, but also with its visual aspects.
Spring-mounted carbon rear silencer with CNC-machined end caps, clean weld seams and an exhaust bracket with silent block bearings enhance the system both visually and technically.
An interesting new feature is the bolt-on and removable stinger.
Reduction sleeves can be used to adapt the exhaust system even better to the engine and its use.
Due to numerous customer requests, we also offer you the option of mounting the Stage6-R/T exhaust system on all Piaggio cylinders using a specially manufactured flange.
A crankshaft with 85mm or 90mm connecting rods is required so that the exhaust system manifold does not touch the original engine mount.

Exhaust system high mount Stage6 70 – 80cc / 80 – 90cc. From Stage6 we can offer you high mount tuning exhaust systems for 50cc supermotos / enduros with 70cc / 80cc / 90cc displacement. The exhaust system with upward outlet (high mount) consists of a resonance body made by hand from several sheet steel segments and a CNC rear silencer. The racing exhaust is supplied with a so-called racing finish, i.e. unpainted. The high-end exhaust develops its full potential with engines tuned to 70cc – 90cc; you can look forward to outstanding performance across the entire rev range, especially at medium and high revs your engine will become a real rocket.

With the Stage6 R1400, Stage6 offers its most powerful exhaust system for all mid-race and high-end cylinders with 2-point flange.

With the R1200, Stage6 offers an extremely powerful exhaust system for all 70cc sports and racing cylinders. Just like its big brother the R1400, the R1200 is hand-welded. The manifold consists of 9 individually welded parts, as is otherwise only known from very expensive exhaust systems. The very lightweight rear silencer is made of black genuine carbon. These factors make the R1200 a qualitative and visual highlight! The R1200 from Stage6 achieves top results on all cylinders that rev up to around 12,000 rpm. Approximately 2 hp more power than the already very powerful Stage6 PRO and the power speed is increased by approx. 1500 rpm, which of course also leads to a considerable increase in top speed The R1200 is supplied in a racing finish – unpainted and untreated. With the Street exhaust systems, Stage6 offers an exhaust in original look with enormous power and torque development and ABE. Uniform power development and simple tuning characterize this exhaust. This touring exhaust has it all! Thanks to the special design of the manifold and the resonance body, the Street can be used for all 50cc original and Sport, but also for 70cc Sport cylinders. If you want to be inconspicuous but still fast on the road, the Stage6 Street exhaust system is the perfect choice. Available with ABE for many models. The Stage6 Street exhaust is throttled via a taper in the manifold.
