Oil pump cover from Stage6 – clean and stylish solution when removing the oil pump on 50cc bikes with Minarelli AM6 engine (Rieju MRT, Yamaha DT 50, Sherco SM/R, Beta RR and many more).
This high-quality cover from Stage6 has an integrated plug that that neatly seals the oil pump opening. The O-ring ensures a clean and professional seal – no temporary fixes, but a factory-like finish.
Fitting the Stage6 oil pump cover
Fitting this oil pump cover is quick and straightforward.
First you have to drain the gear oil, then remove the original oil pump and thoroughly clean the area. Insert the O-ring with the integrated plug, attach the cover to the clutch cover the 3 screws supplied, refill with fresh gear oil – done!
Tip: As you are now running premix, it’s a good idea to get an oil measuring bottle.
