Stage6 R/T fork + triple clamp Yamaha Aerox
The Stage6 R/T fork takes your scooter’s suspension to a completely new level. This complete kit, consisting of a CNC triple clamp and MK2 fork legs, gives your Yamaha Aerox / MBK Nitro (up to 2003) or BW’s / Booster (from 2004) extremely precise handling, maximum stiffness, and a fantastic racing look.
Stage6 R/T MK2 triple clamp: stiffness meets precision
The triple clamp, machined from high-strength aluminum, is a clear upgrade over the original cast part. Thanks to its CNC-machined design, it is very lightweight while remaining robust enough for demanding use on the track.
The finish is also convincing: the clamping areas are hard anodized, and the steering column is permanently protected against corrosion with a KTL coating. A practical detail: the tightening torques are laser-engraved directly on the part to ensure correct installation.
Stage6 R/T MK2 fork legs: high-end setup
The Stage6 R/T MK2 fork legs get the most out of your suspension. They can be precisely adjusted to match rider weight and riding style:
- Spring preload: Easily adjusted via the dial at the top of the fork legs.
- Rebound: Adjustable via the front dial to maintain full control of the front wheel.
Thanks to the external reservoirs, damping remains consistent at all times. The 30 mm fork legs provide solid stability, whether on the road or on the track.
Installation and compatibility
The kit is designed for plug-and-play installation on MBK Nitro and Yamaha Aerox (before 2003). The original brake caliper and disc can be retained, although an oversize brake disc (250 mm or 280 mm) and the Stage6 R/T 4-piston brake caliper with the appropriate adapter are recommended to match braking performance with the upgraded suspension.
If you want to keep the original front mudguard, you can order suitable mounting brackets separately. These mounts are adjustable and therefore fit various models.
Note: While Yamaha Aerox (before 2003) is fully plug-and-play, other models such as Yamaha BW’s / MBK Booster (from 2004) may require centering the front wheel using appropriate spacers.
