The Stage6 Streetrace is available here as a low-mount exhaust for 50cc motorcycles with AM6 engine. Designed specifically for 80cc to 90cc setups, this exhaust offers an ideal balance between performance and street legality.
Stage6 Streetrace 80 – 90cc Design
The Stage6 Streetrace is a low-mount exhaust for gear bikes with Minarelli AM6 engines. This exhaust features high-quality craftsmanship and clean welds. The logo is applied directly to the cone for a clean finish, while a protective clear coat effectively helps prevent rust.
The exhaust body comes with a mounting kit for Minarelli AM6.
Note: this is the expansion chamber only; it does NOT include a muffler.
Stage6 Streetrace – Max Performance with E-Approval
This exhaust is optimized for Stage6 70cc – 88cc Big Racing cylinders, providing impressive acceleration and a significantly higher top speed. Surprisingly, the Streetrace 80/90 is actually road-legal / homologated, making it likely the only big-bore exhaust with official approval.
To get the best results, we recommend using a larger carburetor (e.g. PWK 28), a Big Valve reed valve, and a reinforced clutch.
Two different exhaust flanges are included so you can tune your engine’s power delivery:
- Short flange = Higher RPM
- Long flange = More torque
Tip: If you remove the restrictors for track use, performance reaches the level of an R/T exhaust.
Which muffler fits the Stage6 Streetrace?
This Stage6 exhaust is supplied without a muffler, giving you the freedom to choose the style and performance level that suits your bike.
For the best setup, we recommend pairing it with a Stage6 muffler that fits your needs:
- For a subtle look and road legality: Stage6 50–80 muffler.
- For a racing look and increased performance: Stage6 R/T 70 muffler.
Important: Even though the Stage6 exhaust is street-legal, this approval becomes void if you use the Stage6 R/T 70cc muffler.
