The engine packs we have carefully put together guarantee maximum performance without you having to worry about the correct combination of individual components.
Stage6 Streetrace tuning pack scope of delivery:
- 88cc cylinder D.50mm / 45mm stroke, cast iron, with 5 transfer ports and simple exhaust port
- 2-ring piston D.50mm
- One-piece aluminum cylinder head, high-compression
- Gasket set (base and head gaskets)
- HPC crankshaft Stage6 with 45mm stroke, 90mm connecting rod and 12x17x15mm piston pin bearing
- SKF C3 bearings steel cage Stage6 + oil seals
Stage6 Streetrace 88cc cylinder + crankshaft
The Streetrace cylinders from Stage6 are made of robust cast iron and are intended for everyday use. They are powerful, reliable, convincing across the entire RPM range, and also quite suitable for tuning projects.
The crankshaft is a Stage6 HPC crankshaft, also with a 45mm stroke. Thanks to high-quality materials and extremely precise balancing, the crankshaft can withstand very high loads of up to 16,000 RPM.
In combination with the appropriate components (21mm or 24mm carburetor, racing exhaust, reinforced clutch, …), 20 hp and more can certainly be achieved with this kit.
