Clutch with Bell 112mm Stage6 Torque Control
The popular Stage6 Torque Control 112mm clutch is now also available as a set with the perfectly matched CNC clutch bell.
The Stage6 clutch fits Chinese 2-stroke scooters (CPI / Keeway / Generic…), scooters with Morini engines (Suzuki Katana), and scooters with 100cc Minarelli engines (Yamaha Aerox / Neo’s / BW’s). It can also be used as an oversize upgrade for 50cc scooters with Minarelli engine (horizontal / vertical, LC / AC).
The clutch kit consists of the following components:
Stage6 Torque Control Clutch 112mm
High-performance scooter clutch with a reinforced back plate, enlarged linings, and slightly heavier clutch shoes, perfect for all types of racing applications.
The 112mm three-shoe clutch also features a reinforcement ring on the back that can hold additional weights to delay engagement rpm even further.
The clutch springs can be adjusted easily by screw for even more precise settings. In short: the Stage6 Racing Torque Control MK2 clutch provides plenty of grip and extremely strong starts.
Stage6 R/T Clutch Bell 112mm
Unlike conventional pressed models, this bell is CNC-machined from a single piece. High-quality materials and a clean finish ensure exceptional quality. The cooling ring is designed similarly to a cylinder with cooling fins, providing excellent cooling.
Two small openings allow the clutch spring tension to be adjusted without having to remove the bell.
Stage6 Red Clutch Springs
The red Stage6 springs are the stiffest in the range and are designed specifically for racing or high-end setups.
This combination of parts can be used with any engine setup, but is especially suitable for sport, racing, or high-end configurations.
