We are proud to present the ultimate premium Stage6 R/T FL100 engine pack to all Stage6 R/T fans, consisting of cylinder, crankshaft, and exhaust system.
Stage6 R/T FL tuning pack scope of delivery:
- 1x Stage6 R/T 100cc FL cylinder kit
- 1x Stage6 R/T 100FL crankshaft 47mm stroke / 100mm connecting rod for Malossi C-One / RC-One crankcases with matching oil seals
- 1x Stage6 R/T FL 100cc Drag Race Orange exhaust system
Stage6 R/T Flange Mount engine 100cc
This engine pack is the result of years of development and dyno testing, offering pure power: 100cc displacement (52 mm bore / 47 mm stroke / 100 mm connecting rod). The precisely matched engine components guarantee maximum riding fun and brutal performance on the track, whether on a circuit or in drag racing.
The kit is intended for installation with flange mount crankcases such as 2Fast Passion, Malossi C-One, Malossi RC-One, Polini P.R.E., and TPR Factory. With this combination of high-end engine parts and a matching case, you can easily set new records and test or exceed limits; we have clearly arrived at the next generation of racing scooters here.
In addition to incredible performance, the Stage6 R/T FL 100cc engine also impresses with high reliability; it is very powerful right out of the box, but as usual, the experts at Stage6 R/T have left enough space and material in the cylinder so that more demanding tuners can coax out even more power.
With the appropriate parts (Stage6 R/T digital inner rotor ignition, Stage6 R/T oversize variator kit, Stage6 R/T PWK carburetor (at least 34mm), Stage6 by V-force reed block, and a longer gear ratio), you can expect more than 37 hp at the rear wheel (tested on a Dynojet dyno).
So if you want to compete in the top league and are looking for power galore – the FL package is it.

- Aluminum cylinder FL 100 cc with 52 mm bore, 6 transfer ports, and bridged exhaust port
- Crankshaft FL 100 47mm stroke / 100mm connecting rod with forged crank webs (d.79mm), 6 high-density tungsten inserts, 20mm crank pin, machined connecting rod, and 14x17x16.6mm small end bearing
- Exhaust system FL 100cc with straight mid-pipe (Drag Racing version) and orange anodized CNC aluminum silencer
- Oil seal 18 x 28 x 7 mm
- Oil seal 20 x 30 x 5 mm
Please note: To ensure optimal reliability, you should definitely order the Malossi bearings designed for the RC-One crankcase (M6617154) in addition to the engine pack.
