The 2nd generation of Stage6 R/T gearbox covers for tuned 50cc scooters with Minarelli engines not only looks like racing, the reinforced CNC-milled covers ARE pure racing and the ultimate cover for tuning fans.

High-quality SKF bearings and two needle roller bearings on the secondary shafts reduce friction. The focus when developing the S6 R/T cover was not on the lightest possible cover, but on a rigid and stable cover that offers outstanding performance even under the most demanding conditions. Better rigidity means better performance in all circumstances.

An outstanding feature of this product is the HQ Viton O-ring seal. By eliminating the classic paper gasket, stability is improved and the connection between the cover and engine housing is optimized, resulting in better performance due to less torsion. This gasket represents a significant difference in performance compared to other tuning gearbox covers.

The primary and secondary transmissions from Stage6 are available with different ratios. The gears are pre-pressed and some come with additional with bearings.

To extend the final drive ratio, you need a longer transmission. If the engine has enough power to pull the longer gear ratio, the final speed will also increase.

Original cylinders do not have the power that is needed to pull an extended gearbox therefore they can only be used with tuning cylinders.

In contrast to conventional gearboxes, Stage6 gearboxes come pre-pressed to save you money, time and effort. Remove old gears, mount new Stage6 gears – done!

HQ transmission bearings and seals for the most common scooter engines (Minarelli, Peugeot, Piaggio).

Especially for tuned engines, high quality bearings are extremely important, for this reason Stage6 has put together this highly resistant set with bearings / seals from leading manufacturers.

The sets consist of the ball bearings and oil seals required for the respective engine type, both in high quality.

Stage6 also offers a 2-in-1 kit for the different gearbox models of Piaggio / Gilera 125cc scooters . It contains an additional bearing making it suitable for all models. Customers do not even have to check their gearbox before ordering – the kit will definitely fit. And again, Stage6 opted for premium bearings from SKF and FKM seals from NTN.
