For all Stage6 R/T fans, here’s the ultimate high-end racing cylinder: Stage6 R/T FLR 100ccm Cylinder for Malossi C-One / RC-One crankcases.
This cylinder is the result of years of development and dyno testing, delivering raw power: 100cc displacement (52mm bore / 47mm stroke / 100mm conrod). All components are precisely matched to guarantee max performance and pure fun on the track.
Stage6 R/T 100 FLR – Innovation Meets Maximum Output
The Stage6 R/T FLR 100ccm not only delivers brutal performance but is also built for reliability. Straight out of the box, it pushes over 37 hp, but as always, Stage6 R/T left enough material and tuning margin for experienced builders to push even further.
With the right setup (S6 R/T FL100cc exhaust/ Stage6 R/T internal rotor ignition / Stage6 R/T oversize CVT / Stage6 R/T 34mm PWK carburetor / Stage6 by V-force reed valve) and extended gear ratio, setups have already cracked 40+ hp at the rear wheel in the scene.

Scope of delivery Stage6 R/T 100 FLR
- 100cc aluminum cylinder with highly resistant Nikasil coating
- 6 transfer ports and bridged exhaust
- Piston 52mm with 14mm piston pin and 1 piston ring (1mm thick)
- Two-piece aluminium cylinder head with orange anodized water jacket
- Exhaust flange with 4-point mount
- All gaskets and bolts required for assembly
