You need such an adapter if you want to mount an M8 mirror on an M10 thread.
which thread do you need?
Right-hand thread: The most common variant. Turn clockwise to tighten.
Left-hand thread: Less common. Turn counterclockwise to tighten.
Important: Before buying, check whether the mirror and bracket have a right-hand or left-hand thread. This adapter only fits right-hand threads.
