Inexpensive and very durable 50cc sport / midrace cast iron cylinder by tuning expert Stage6. Renowned piston manufacturer Vertex is making the pistons for this top quality kit. The cylinder looks unobtrusive and similar to the stock part. Perfect road-legal cylinder that will boost overall performance, torque and top speed.
The power is well above the stock cylinder: around 8 hp, that is 3 – 4 hp more than the original! To exploit the full potential of this kit, we recommend combining it with a bigger carburetor (17.5mm or more), a tuning CVT, and a mid-range tuning exhaust like the Stage6 Pro Replica. With improved acceleration and generally more power, the Streetrace is the perfect choice for anyone who wants more performance but doesn’t want to increase displacement.

As always, we recommend cleaning the engine before installing a new cylinder and getting a new spark plug and a new small end bearing. Carburetor settings may need to be readjusted.
Note: Models with Derbi Euro 4 engine use a slightly smaller temperature sensor (thread: M12 x 1.5) than the Euro 3 models (M14 x 1.5). To fit the smaller Euro 4 sensor on the cylinder head, you will need the adapter MF96.91010.
