The 50ccm Streetrace cast iron series are budget-friendly and very durable sport cylinders. Just like their 70cc kits, Stage6 relies on the well-known Italian brand Vertex Pistons for the piston. The cylinder has a clean, stock-look design.
Performance – Streetrace 50ccm Cast Iron Cylinder
Power output is noticeably higher than stock – up to 7 hp, which is around 3–4 hp more. To hit that, we recommend a sport exhaust like the Stage6 Pro Replica, a larger carburetor and a tuning CVT / transmission. That said, the Streetrace also works great with low-key aftermarket setups like Yasuni ECO or Tecnigas Silent Pro. With better acceleration and overall more power, it’s a perfect pick for anyone wanting a performance boost without increasing displacement.
Streetrace cylinder kit includes:
- 50cc cast iron cylinder with 40mm bore, with 5 transfer ports and simple exhaust
- 2-ring piston with 10mm pin
- HC aluminium cylinder head
- Cylinder gasket set
As always, we recommend cleaning the engine and getting a new spark plug and 10mm small end bearing before installing a new cylinder. Carburetor settings may need to be readjusted.
