Aluminum cylinder Stage6 R/T 70
The Stage6 70cc R/T MKI Piaggio cylinder is an aluminum cylinder (with Nikasil lining) featuring 6 intake ports and a bridged exhaust port. The cylinder is supplied with a 47.6 mm piston, a split HC cylinder head (high-compression), a special exhaust flange for the S6 R/T exhaust, and an adapter plate with offset studs for Piaggio engines (original or replacement).
Racing exhaust Stage6 R/T 70
The exhaust is carefully hand-welded in Italy from 0.8 mm thin steel sheet sections. It is supplied with a spring-mounted carbon silencer, providing a clean, understated racing look. Please note: the exhaust is delivered in so-called “racing finish”, meaning it is not painted. It is recommended to regularly apply a protective oil spray to prevent rust.
In terms of performance, the Stage6 70cc R/T Piaggio NRG / Runner engine pack competes in the top league, with a potential output of around 22 hp, although additional matching components must be installed: reinforced crankshaft with 85 mm connecting rod, Stage6 R/T oversize variator, Stage6 Torque Control clutch, Stage6 R/T 28 mm intake system, Stage6 R/T inner rotor ignition, and a longer gear ratio.
Please note that when using this kit, the crankcase must be bored out to make room for the cylinder base (further information can be found in the installation instructions).
