Stage6 R/T Exhaust 70cc MK2 Piaggio, improved second generation of Stage6 high-end racing exhaust.
Just like its predecessor, the Stage6 R/T MK II exhaust is made of 0.8mm sheet metal. The expansion chamber is composed of several hand-welded cones, making for amazing performance AND a stunning look. The carbon silencer silencer with CNC-milled end caps is mounted with springs, the exhaust bracket with “silentbloc” rubber buffers adds a great finishing touch.
A new and interesting feature is the removable stinger pipe. This new feature allows you to add a restrictor washer in case you need or want to do so. A special flange (can be purchesed separately) allows mounting the Stage6-R/T exhaust on all Piaggio cylinders. Prerequisite for doing so is a crankshaft with 85mm or 90mm connecting rod so the headpipe cannot knock against the original engine mount.
In terms of performance, this exhaust will increase torque and power noticeably. We combined it with a modified Stage6 MK II racing cylinder – the output throughout the entire power range is higher than with the Stage6 R1400. Even on non-modified cylinders you'll see a considerable increase in torque and overall performance.
Tip: you should definitely re-adust the carburetor as well as the variator!
