MULTI-PLATE CLUTCH

Experience shows that on high-horsepower tuned engines, the stock clutch often slips, failing to transfer power effectively to the wheel. To unlock your engine’s full potential, an upgrade is essential. These high-quality components guarantee exceptional durability and a significant reduction in clutch slippage, even on the most powerful builds.

The MK2 multi-plate clutch takes performance even further. By utilizing 5 discs instead of 4, it offers 23% more friction material, resulting in a larger contact area. With the lining evenly distributed over a wider surface, power transfer is significantly improved, leading to a noticeable boost in performance.

For extreme tuning and high-performance engines, Stage6 R/T raises the bar with its 6-disc recing clutch. This is not just a reinforced clutch, but a completely re-engineered kit designed for maximum torque, smooth operation, and precise control. It features 6 HQ friction discs for increased surface area, 6 springs for even force distribution, and a CNC-machined pressure plate for exceptional mechanical strength. Equipped with spring guide pins for clean movement and a thrust bearing system to reduce internal friction, this kit combines a high-end racing look with extreme durability.

All kits are supplied complete with friction discs, steel plates, and springs.

CLUTCH TORQUE CONTROL MKII

The improved version of the very successful Stage6 Torque-Control clutch. In order to handle the performance of the new R/T cylinders, Stage6 has slightly enlarged the pads and increased the weight of the clutch shoes. The additional weights on the MKII are no longer screwed on as on the predecessor, but plugged in.

The adjustment system of the MKI did not undergo any changes. The patented system is the only clutch with a rotated design and forward-mounted clutch springs that offers full and, above all, stepless adjustment of the clutch speed without having to remove it. Together with the Stage6 CNC clutch bell, you don’t even have to remove the bell to adjust clutch engagement.

Using the scaling on the set screws for infinite spring preload, each spring can be precisely adjusted. The eight-step weight shift on the back of the clutch shoes provides a wide range of adjustment for clutch engagement. The design allows you to make optimum use of engine torque.

CLUTCH SPORT PRO

The Stage6 Sport Pro scooter sport clutch can be adjusted via different clutch springs and two detent points. Unlike with original clutches, you can change clutch engagement and adjust it to your setup. Clutch shoes and retainer ring are reinforced, everything is held in place by screw-in bolts (not simple rivets with a tendency to get loose).

CLUTCH BELL CNC

The clutch bell Stage6 R/T CNC is arguably one of the best clutch bells on the market. Available in 3 versions, which differ in design and weight.

CNC-milled from one piece (as opposed to conventional pressed clutches), top quality materials and flawless workmanship – definitely hard to top! The sidewalls are equipped with cooling fins (similar to a cylinder) making for excellent cooling. 2 small openings allow for clutch spring adjustment (we recommend the Stage6 “Torque Control”) without having to take the bell off.

Moreover, there are two indentations for a clutch holding tool to lock into which makes mounting and dismounting the bell really easy.

CLUTCH BELL WINGCOOLER

The WingCooler clutch bell from Stage6 is a reinforced clutch bell with a patented cooling system for long life and excellent grip. Air flow, and consequently cooling of the entire clutch, are improved by large cut-outs and additional ventilation slots. Clutch slip is reduced, bell and clutch shoe lining will last longer.

The temperature of the bell is significantly reduced, which results in less energy loss and therefore more power at the rear wheel. With the temperature reduced, transmission of power to the rear wheel is improved, engine response and acceleration are excellent even when the engine is warm. For improved grip, the inside was blasted.

Moreover, this clutch bell is a real lightweight when compared to other bells, it weighs only 395g (Polini’s Evolution = 485g and Malossi’s Wing Bell = 576g). This has a positive impact on acceleration.
